Throughout his life, Charles Young overcame countless obstacles in his ascent to prominence. In spite of overt racism and stifling inequality, Young rose through the military ranks to become one of the most respected leaders of his time. A well-rounded man with a steadfast devotion to duty, Young led by example and inspired a generation of new leaders.

Temporary Visitor Center at the Bishop Reverdy C. Ransom Memorial Library Visitor Center

Our Temporary Visitor Center is located at the Bishop Reverdy C. Ransom Memorial Library on the campus of Payne Theological Seminary. Youngsholm - Closed for Renovations Facility

Youngsholm is currently closed for renovation. We expect to reopen in June 2023. Our temporary Visitor Center is located at Bishop Reverdy C. Ransom Memorial Library on the campus of Payne Theological Seminary. The address of this new office is 1230 Wilberforce-Clifton Road, Wilberforce OH, 45384.
