This campground, adjacent to the East Fork Salmon River, near the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, is often used as a staging area for the Boulder-White Clouds Trail. This small and relatively primitive campground includes three first come, first served campsites, one vault toilet, hand pump providing potable water, hitching posts and turn-around room for horse trailers. This is also a popular jump-off point to the Little Boulder Chain Lakes trailhead. There are no electric hook-ups. This site has limited cell service.
