Treasure Lakes Trail goes to a beautiful, less visited, granite basin surrounded by talus slopes at the foot of Mount Thompson, Mount Goode and Hurd Peak. It does not provide access to Bishop Pass. This is an active bear area so you must use bear resistant food storage containers to secure your food and refuse. Separate quotas apply for Bishop Pass and other area trails. Please refer to the area map for trail names. To visit the Treasure Lakes near Mount Dade, use the Little Lakes Valley Trail.
